We stayed here for 1 night, not a big fan of this hotel, probably least favorite during our trip. The bathroom is designed awkwardly leaving the bathroom floor all wet after a shower. The beds only came with 1 pillow each. The pullout couch was very small. My son did like the games downstairs. And the hotel didnt have umbrellas for rent which would have been handy. The breakfast was good. Overall, I think I would go elsewhere next time.

The Quality Hotel was located in a good location and the service was good. The room was located right over the outside eating area and people were out eating, drinking, and making noise late into the night. Unfortunately, the weather was hotter than normal, and the Hotel did not have air conditioning, so we had to leave the windows open to get cross ventilation to cool us off and the noise outside kept us awake. The food served for breakfast was very good and gave a nice variety of offerings. Under normal circumstances, I would definitely recommend the Hotel.

Flott hotell og rom. God frokost, og en fantastisk fiskesuppe Ålesunds absolutt beste ville ha den flere dager men kokken var syk. Nesten alt de hadde av mat ved innsjekk var slutt hele tiden vi var der 4 døgn, litt merklig

有家人一起，定了3人亲子房型大小很不错，位于顶楼，海景房。但是可能是这边酒店常态，不会每日换浴巾，拖鞋和牙刷需要购买，洗脸盆的塞子清洁得不太干净，早餐尚可。

The front desk receptionist, Tuva, is not professional. The hospitality is not very well understood by this hotel. If you are looking for a warm welcomed, kind stuff, and professionalism; this hotel is not for you!
I do not suggest this hotel. They need a series of training and education to learn what the hospitality is.

酒店地點真的十分好就在港口碼頭附近。可以在房間看海。我們的行李延誤到達,當時還不知是否遺失，酒店職員嘗試幫助我們聯系航空公司，挺不錯。

Расположение отличное.
В пешей доступности от магазинов, парка .
Но отель, это отдельная история.
В номере нет ни фена для волос, ни утюга.
За 7 дней, что мы жили в отеле, ни разу номер не убирали, не заправляли постель .
Приходила горничная, приносила чистые полотенца и забирала мусор . Все.
Даже пятна от чая , на полу, не удосужилась вытереть салфеткой .
Я уже не говорю, что пол был в пыли , все это время.
Мне не приятно писать такой отзыв.
Ведь и месторасположение и завтраки и персонал рецепшн, все было прекрасно.
Но горничная......испортила все впечатления от этого отеля.

Gemütliches Hotel zentral in Lillehammer. PP vor dem Haus bis 9°° am morgen gratis genutzt. Sehr freundlicher Empfang.
1 Stern Abzug für schmutziges Zahnglas im Bad. Ansonsten ruhig geschlafen. Frühstück reichlich in der Auswahl.
