Uno dei soggiorni migliori della mia vita. La location è una tipica casa di pescatori norvegesi… tanto che al piano sotto ci lavorano effettivamente pescatori che un paio di volte a settimana vanno e vengono con la barca usata nelle battute di pesca.
La casa é molto carina e ben ammodernata e la zona comune ha divano, sedie, poltrona e tavolo per potersi godere le serate in comodità. Il bagno presenta sapone liquido per mani e corpo gratis, ha riscaldamento a pavimento e l’asciugacapelli è incluso.
La camera è picolina ma molto accogliente e hanno tutte una finestra che da direttamente sul mare di Ballstad.
La cucina è ben fornita e ha tutto l’occorrente per cucinare: mancano solo i piatti fondi ma ci sono le ciotolo che sono un ottima alternativa. In cucina è anche presente la lavastoviglie quindi è buona cosa ricordarsi di avviarla quando piena e ricordarsi di svuotarla se ha finito il ciclo di lavaggio.
È inoltre presente una lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice e il detersivo è gratis.
Il pezzo forte è peró la terrazza fuori dalla sala… si apre sul mare davanti a tutta Ballstad e bere una buona tazza di caffè qui è magico… inoltre da questa terrazza ho visto la mia prima aurora boreale passarci sopra la testa…

Très calme et très propre. Cuisine commune mais bien agencée avec des emplacements réservés à chaque chambre. Café à dispo. Salle de douche commune également et propre mais un gros défaut : le toilette est dans la salle de douche, et il n'y a qu'une douche et un toilette pour 4 chambres (potentiellement 8 personnes). Odeurs de poissons dans l'entrée mais on est au dessus d'un fish factory !

Parfait ! Veritable "rorbu", soit une maison de pecheur sur pilotis, vous pouvez y réserver les yeux fermés. L'endroit est calme, chaud et propre, la vue est super, on y voit des aurores boréales et les aigles royaux. Une randonné commence juste derrière la maison. Les hôtes sont au petit soin. Nous étions seuls pendant presque tout le séjour

Very nice apartment with shared kitchen and bathroom and fantastic view from the window.
Only negative: the lack of curtains on the windows makes the room light up for every boat that passes out there.

Very good accommodation for this price. Very nice and cozy common places such as kitchen and dining-room. What is not so good is noise-isolation, cause room walls are very thin.
But in common very comfortable, of the neighbors are good)

Only one bathroom with WC for four rooms. The room didn't seem to be stable on the wind. It was squeezing all night waking us up as it is directly facing sea with very strong winds. Except that everything was ok
